The Public Law Center and the Aitken Family Protection Clinic at Chapman University Fowler School of Law presents a 2.75 hour CLE training on effectively representing victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in petitions of Protective Order under the California Domestic Violence Prevention Act. The training is appropriate for pro bono attorneys who are interested in taking their first DV Protective Order case, but will also cover more advanced issues relevant for experienced practitioners or pro bono attorneys looking to engage in more complex litigation issues in representing survivors of domestic violence in family law cases.
